If you’re ready to launch your career as a Transaction Coordinator, you’ve come to the right place. Here at the Transaction Coordinator Academy, we’ve trained more than a thousand individuals who took their passion for real estate and turned it into a satisfying career or a thriving business as a Transaction Coordinator.
To help with the specific goals you have, we’ve created three different programs – to learn more about them; please click on them individually.
The foundation course, Transaction Coordinator Essentials (TCE) is perfect for anyone with limited experience in real estate. It is an excellent option for a Realtor wishing to train their in house Admin to help with the contract to close process too. In this course, we’ll walk you through the process of coordinating a transaction from contract to close. The course includes 6 hours of on-demand video content (you can watch as many times as you’d like), many handouts, an autographed copy of Michelle’s book, and lots of bonus material. Students who complete this course receive a personalized certificate of completion.
The Transaction Coordinator Business (TCB) course is for the person who has trained to be a TC and/or worked in an office and is now ready to launch their own business. In this course, you will learn about entrepreneurship, identifying your ideal clients, sales, marketing, team building, accounting, websites and much, much more. These are the things that it’s taken Michelle years to figure out, and she uses daily to help run her own transaction coordinator business. This course includes more than 10 hours of on-demand video content (you can watch as many times as you’d like), many handouts, and an autographed copy of Michelle’s book and lots of bonus material. Students who complete this course receive a personalized certificate of completion.
The Simple Marketing Solutions Course (SMS) included in the TCB course is a mini-course teaches effective marketing to transaction coordinators who have their own business and need a little marketing support. It covers many of the things Michelle regularly does in her business and lots of examples to make taking an idea easy to implement on your own. Whether you’re ready to begin your career as a transaction coordinator or to grow your existing business, we’ve got you covered.
